DANYON Hume says he’s looking forward to Wednesday’s British Under-21 Final at Poole (7.30).

Birmingham’s No.5 will compete in the event for a second straight year after qualifying from the semi-final round at Peterborough earlier this month.

Said Hume: “It’s going to be another good experience, but I’m just going to go there and enjoy it and see where I finish up.

“It would be nice if I could make the semis on the night or finish in the top half of the scorers but I’m not putting any pressure on myself.”

Meanwhile Birmingham are gearing up for one of their biggest crowds of the season when Stoke visit Perry Barr on Monday (May 1, 3pm).

Special £10 admission tickets are available. Fans wishing to gain entry at a reduced rate should text their name and address to 07818 033766.

BRITISH UNDER-21 FINAL LINE-UP: Danny Phillips, Max Clegg, James Shanes, Ellis Perks, Josh Bailey, Danyon Hume, Liam Carr, Adam Ellis, Zach Wajtknecht, Nathan Greaves, Jack Smith, Robert Lambert, Dan Bewley, Josh Bates, Connor Mountain, Luke Harris.
